Installing the software
The folder called hi-BBS‚Ñ¢ User Δí containing this guide also contains the hi-BBS Client application in a folder called hi-BBS‚Ñ¢ Client Δí. Another folder called Put these in System Δí contains the files needed by the hi-BBS Client to connect to the hi-BBS Server. A description of these CTB Tools is given below:
AppleTalk ADSP Tool:
This Connection Tool is used to connect with the hi-BBS server over AppleTalk.
Apple Modem Tool:
This Connection Tool is used to connect with the hi-BBS server using a modem.
XModem Tool:
This is the File Transfer Tool used to exchange documents with the server.
These files are the only things needed to install hi-BBS on your computer.
• Drag these files over the System folder on your hard disk, then release to copy them to the proper location (Extensions folder).
